I can't decide whether to tap tommorrow or not. They keep changing the forecast so much, it makes it difficult. I wanted to wait until next Saturday, but I'll see. I may be zero here in the morning, so that makes it tougher! :( :( :(

Good luck, this week or next, the trees will start running soon for you!! keep us updated. you'll be knee deep in sap soon and loving it. has your work schedule cleared up a bit so you'll have more boiling time?

The work schedule is still tight, but I am hoping it will lighten up some. I have tried to run off some clients, but am not having much success. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Due to the extreme cold conditions and originally planning to tap next Sat, I think I will wait till then. I have some lines to spread out tommorrow ay in one sugarbush on the north side since I got the cattle moved out of there last Saturday and I am going to put out my tanks also.

If the forecast looks any better tommorrow, I may possible tap the 2 sugarbushes that are on the south side. They have about 180 taps and the sugarbush that is on the north side has 105 and I am sure it won't run next week regardless.
