i di use hydrogen peroxide my first season i just went to the dollar store and bought 20 bottles from there but then i found a place that sells it by the 5 gal jug its 33 % i think i cut it by half the thing i found is use heavy duty rubber gloves for it will burn your hands wicked ... the nice thing is when it evaporates just water is left ....sources any health food store should have it many people have switched to use it instead of bleach for laundry
as far as food grade i think it is all medical or food grade

Bleach is Sodium Hypoclorite the squirrels like the sodium(salt) I have been using Calcium Hypoclorite and have had good luck with it and it is cheaper than hydrogen peroxide for the amount of taps I have. I get it at a pool supply store.

Depends on how much food grade Hyd Peroxide you want. You can order online for gals at about $35per gal, 2 yrs old price) or contact a water conditioner supply house. Some systems use it for purifying some water. The one I order is a 15 gal bbl. It cost about $125. It will keep if kept from freezing and stored in the dark. Sunlight will break it down. As for use I go 1 qt/ 75 gal water. It works good and I have not had any chewing since i started except one line last year that I missed during cleaning. Not sure how I missed, but that line was actually destroyed by deer is my guess. They chewed thru the line and ate it into pieces, ranging from a few inches to several feet long. After that my detective work guessed the tree rats and chipmonks chewed even more. I lost one section of about 200'. Everything else for 3 seasons has been left alone.
