Loosing mark ups

Every time I leave the site with the yellow buckets for new messages in that category I come back and there gone. Even though I haven't read them. I also sometimes get an error.
Just giving you a heads up.

If you log on for 2 seconds and log back off, they will disappear. It has always been that way for me. It appears the software is set up to recognize you and assumes that you read all new posts every time you log on. :(
