out box e mail

I have email in my outbox that needs to be sent. How do I send it? I check my sent box and it's not there so it hasn't gone. There's no send selection in the out box forum.

Al- When the person opens the PM you sent them it will dissapear from your outbox and will show up in your sent box.-You then know they have seen it.
